WhippetQR provides a free, browser-based QR code generator. You can create QR codes for URLs, text, WiFi credentials, contact information (vCard), and email addresses. Customisation options include colours, shapes, frames, and logo embedding.

3. Use of the Service

You may use WhippetQR:

For personal, educational, or commercial purposes
To generate unlimited QR codes at no cost
To download generated QR codes as PNG or SVG files

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Generate QR codes that direct users to malicious, harmful, or illegal content
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our service infrastructure
Use automated tools to mass-generate QR codes in a way that strains our resources
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our website code

4. Intellectual Property

Your QR Codes: The QR codes you generate are yours. You retain all rights to the content encoded within them. WhippetQR claims no ownership over your QR codes or their content.

Our Service: The WhippetQR website, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by WhippetQR and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

WhippetQR is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
QR codes will be scannable by all devices under all conditions
The results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhippetQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Data Processing

QR codes are generated entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. We do not store, transmit, or have access to the content you encode. Your data never leaves your device.

8. Advertising

WhippetQR is supported by advertisements. We use Google AdSense to display relevant ads. Ad content is served by Google and is not endorsed by WhippetQR.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our service.
